Important: Before opening your package, kindly record a video. We only accept replacements for damaged products, so please send the video to kasidhaofficial@gmail.com. Without valid proof, refunds or replacements cannot be processed.
Returns & Replacements:

Eligibility: We will issue replacements or exchanges only for missing or damaged products, provided you report the issue within 24 hours of receipt.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Partial returns for sale items are not accepted.

Refunds: A refund is only available if the product is unavailable for replacement.
Order Cancellation & Changes:
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or exchanged for another product. If an item is unprocessable, you can opt for a replacement of equivalent value or a refund for that specific item.
Delivery Instructions:
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during courier service hours (typically 9 AM to 5 PM IST) to receive the clothes.
- Three delivery attempts will be made; if unsuccessful, you will be notified about the return. You may be responsible for return shipping charges, and refunds for courier returns are not available.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days, and the amount will be transferred to your bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
